The Rossano Veneto mill has existed since 1820 and since then the Bigolin family has handed down from father to son the passion in the art of grinding wheat.

Today it is very difficult to produce good and naturally tasty flours like those that grinded our grandparents because grinding technologies have changed, chemical-organic additives have been introduced that have nothing to do with wheat and the quality of the grains has finally changed themselves and their authenticity.

With a particular grinding combined with a careful selection and mixing of the best grains, we obtain natural flower flours, constantly checked in the laboratory.
