Wraps
Mix all the ingredients well and knead until a homogeneous mass is created.
Leave to rest covered for half an hour.
Weigh the dough and divide into 6 equal pieces.
Roll out each piece thin with a rolling pin and roll on itself and make a spiral.
Rest for 15/30 min.
Roll out each piece with a rolling pin and cook over medium / high heat in a non-stick pan.
Cooking should be fast so they remain soft.
Stuff as desired.
